My career as a musician in European circuses has allowed me to collaborate with artists from all over the world. Working with people from such a wide array of cultures and backgrounds made it imperative that I needed to compose music that reflected their diverse styles as well as the technical requirements of their acts. As I watched and listened to each artist, I also felt it was important to consider the authenticity of my own musical and cultural experiences. Combining the two was a way to unify these parts into a whole, and to appeal to an audience of young kids, older kids, and adults who still have that childlike wonder of the big top. I revisited some of these pieces; here are a few of them. Welcome to my walk around the circus ring, welcome to my Tour De Piste. Enjoy!

Ma carrière de musicien au sein de cirques européens m'a permis de collaborer avec une panoplie d'artistes aux horizons multiples. C’est au contact de ces gens que j’ai alors créé des musiques spécifiques répondant à leurs critères quant aux styles et exigences de leur numéro tout en tentant de garder mon authenticité, de cultiver mes couleurs et d’atteindre un public de petits et grands enfants. J’ai revisité certaines de ces pièces; en voici quelques-unes, voilà un Tour de piste!
